Price Includes：

Transportation: Exclusive shuttle bus from airport to hotel; air-conditioned tour coach throughout the itinerary, one independent seat per passenger guaranteed.

Accommodation: 5 nights hotel accommodation as specified in the itinerary (twin standard room). Single room supplement shall be at your own expense.

Meals: 17 meals arranged in total (8 breakfasts + 9 main meals) with local specialty delicacies included.

Tour Guide: Full-service Chinese-speaking tour guide throughout the whole trip.

Entrance Tickets: First-time admission fees for attractions listed in the itinerary. Secondary consumption inside scenic spots is not included.

Booking Policy:

1. Itinerary Adjustment Policy

Due to special holidays, major events, temporary regulations, or force majeure factors, there may be high uncertainty regarding inventory, pricing, and schedules for hotels, flights, and other travel resources. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate resources. To ensure smooth execution of the itinerary, we reserve the right to make alternative adjustments of equivalent or similar standards regarding confirmed flights, hotels, or itinerary arrangements, and will promptly inform travelers of any changes. By booking, travelers acknowledge and accept that such resource adjustments are inherent risks of travel, and the final itinerary and related resources shall be subject to the final confirmation prior to departure.

2. Flight Special Instructions

In case of accidents or force majeure events—including but not limited to airline capacity adjustments, temporary airport closures, severe weather, or air traffic control—resulting in flight cancellations or delays, we will assist to the best of our ability with rebooking and schedule adjustments. Any fare differences incurred shall be refunded or supplemented by the traveler (multi-refund, less-supplement).

3. Booking Information Requirements

When booking, please ensure accurate and complete personal information (name, gender, ID/passport number, nationality, contact details, etc.) is provided. Travelers shall bear all losses arising from errors in personal data submission that affect normal travel.

4. Product Terms & Conditions

This travel product is continuously optimized based on market conditions and travel experience. Specific content and rules shall be subject to the agreement at the time of booking.

5. Flexible Itinerary Execution

During the tour, provided that no scenic spots are omitted and with the consent of travelers, staff and drivers may reasonably adjust the order of visits, meeting times, and other details based on weather and traffic conditions to ensure a smooth and orderly itinerary.

6. Attraction Refund Policy

If attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure during the trip, upon mutual agreement, corresponding attractions may be replaced or canceled. Unused items will be refunded on-site at the ticket price specified in the product (refund standards shall not be based on the scenic area’s posted price).

7. Vehicle & Transfer Arrangements

We will arrange appropriate vehicle models according to the actual number of travelers. Bus seating will be assigned and fixed for the entire trip. License plate numbers, seat assignments, and contact details of accompanying staff will be sent via SMS before 20:00 the day prior to departure. If no notification is received by 20:30, please contact our staff immediately to verify.

8. Group Travel Conduct

During non-free time segments of the group itinerary, travelers shall not leave the group prematurely or drop out midway without authorization, and must comply with group arrangements.

9. Contract Priority

In the event of discrepancies between the product confirmation form/supplementary clauses and the main tourism contract terms, the content of the product confirmation form and supplementary clauses shall prevail

1、行程调整说明：受特殊节假日、重大活动、临时管制及不可抗力等因素影响，酒店、航班及其他旅游资源的库存、价格及班次存在较高不确定性。我方将尽合理努力协调资源，为保障行程顺利，保留对已预订航班、酒店或行程安排，进行同级别或近似替代调整的权利，并会及时向游客告知相关变动。游客预订前已充分知悉并认可：此类资源调整为旅游出行客观风险，最终行程及相关资源，一律以出行前最终确认信息为准。

2、航班特殊说明：如遇意外事件及不可抗力因素，包含但不限于航空公司运力调配、机场临时关闭、恶劣天气、航空管制等，造成航班取消或延误，我方将全力协助办理改签、调整等事宜，产生费用差价实行多退少补。

3、报名资料要求：预订行程时，请务必提供准确、完整的个人资料（姓名、性别、证件号码、国籍、联系方式等），避免信息有误影响正常出行；因个人填报资料错误产生的一切损失，由游客自行承担。

4、产品规则说明：本旅游产品会根据市场情况与出行体验持续优化调整，具体内容及规则，均以预订当下约定内容为准。

5、行程灵活调整：行程游览过程中，在不减少景点、征得游客同意的前提下，工作人员、司机可结合当日天气、交通路况，合理调整景点游览顺序、集合时间等细节，保障行程顺畅有序。

6、景点退费规则：出行途中若因不可抗力，导致景点无法正常游览参观，经双方协商一致后，可更换或取消对应景点；未游玩项目将按产品内核定门票价格现场退费（退费标准不以景区挂牌价为准）。

7、用车接待安排：我方将按照实际出行人数安排适配车型，统一安排巴士座位，全程对号入座。车牌号、座位号及随行工作人员联系方式，将于出行前一日20:00前以短信告知；若当日20:30后仍未收到通知，请及时联系工作人员核实。

8、团队出行规范：团队行程内非自由活动时段，请勿擅自提前离团或中途脱团，敬请配合遵守团队安排。

9、合同优先级：若产品确认单、补充条款约定内容，与旅游主合同条款存在差异，以产品确认单及补充条款内容为最终执行依据。
